2. Intellectual Property & AI Training Prohibitions

  • Copyright Ownership: All materials created by us on the Site (including text, images, video lessons, live class recordings, audio guides, workbooks, graphics, and logos) are protected by copyright laws as original works. They belong exclusively to Gillian Reid Tao and/or licensed partners (such as the Universal Healing Tao System or Metodo Biospirali®). The absence of a registered copyright symbol © / ™ does not mean that such materials are not protected.

  • Strict AI Training Prohibition: No part of our content—including but not limited to text, images, audio, or instructional video—may be used to develop, train, test, or improve any artificial intelligence model, machine learning algorithm, large language model (LLM), or similar technology. Any such use is explicitly prohibited and is a major violation of these terms.

  • Limited Use License: If materials are available for download or streaming via a subscription or course, permission is granted to access or download copies for personal, non-commercial viewing and self-study only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

3. Subscriptions, Digital Courses & Video Library

  • Subscriptions & Billing: Annual or monthly subscriptions provide recurring access to specified classes, live sessions, or recordings. By signing up, you authorize automatic renewal charges until you cancel.

  • Catch-Up & Self-Study: Recorded versions of live lessons are typically provided for self-study. While we endeavor to make these available continuously, technical delays or server interruptions may occasionally occur.

  • Discounts & Bundles: Specific promotional discounts (e.g., a 10% non-cumulative discount on video libraries for specific course subscribers) are promotional, non-transferable, and subject to change or expiration at our discretion.

4. Payment Plans, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Payment Terms: All prices are as stated on the Website (typically in Euros €). Custom payment plans or installment options may be arranged directly by contacting us via email.

  • Digital Goods Refund Policy: Due to the immediate, downloadable, and streamable nature of pre-recorded video courses, live session recordings, workbooks, and digital bundles, all sales of digital products and services sold on the Site are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further automatic charges will occur. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

  • Workshops and In-Person Retreats: Specific deposit, booking, and cancellation terms apply to in-person workshops and retreats (such as the VITALITÁ Womens Retreat). These details are provided during registration and supersede general digital product rules.

5. Student Conduct & Community Groups

  • Community Forums: If your course or subscription includes access to a private community forum or app (e.g., a Telegram support group), you agree to interact with other participants and instructors with respect, confidentiality, and integrity.

  • Termination of Access: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Website, courses, or community groups, without refund, if you engage in harassment, spam, defamatory behavior, or violate any element of these Terms.

6. Links to Third-Party Websites & Affiliates

  • Third-Party Links: This Site may contain links to third-party websites to handle bookings, facilitate transactions, or improve your user experience. All such linked sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, errors, omissions, or any losses or damages you may incur as a result of using them.

1. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Gillian Reid Tao or her affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for physical injury, emotional distress, health complications, loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use, implementation, or inability to view or use the materials, content, or somatic techniques taught on the Site.


  • Indemnity: As a condition of your use of this Site and its Services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gillian Reid Tao and her associates, directors, and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal fees), and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of this Site or violation of this Agreement.

2. Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration

  • Terms of Arbitration: The parties agree to irrevocably submit all claims to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated below, or such other independent arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, non-appealable, binding on both parties, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Costs: The costs of the arbitration process shall be borne entirely by the losing party. This arbitration clause shall explicitly survive the termination or expiration of this contract.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Choice of Law: This Agreement, the use of the Site, and the Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy / the European Union (or the primary corporate registry jurisdiction of the practitioner), without regard to conflict of law provisions.

  • Venue: The parties agree to irrevocably submit all claims relating to the Site or Services to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts of that designated jurisdiction.

4. Severability & Entire Agreement

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and linked legal guidelines constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to your use of this Site, superseding all prior understandings, representations, or agreements (whether oral or written). This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by us.

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, that specific portion shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effectuate the intent of the parties, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

  • No Waiver: Failure by us to enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. Paragraph headings are utilized for reference purposes only.
