This lesson introduces the Microcosmic Orbit, a foundational Taoist practice for cultivating and circulating Qi. Through breath, eye movements, and inner awareness, you’ll explore key energy points along the spine, crown, and lower dantian.

You’ll learn how to guide the orbit, collect and store Qi in the lower abdomen, and combine the practice with the Six Healing Sounds to support emotional balance and a consistent daily routine.
