Universal Healing Tao Healing Love Monthly Practice

Lesson 1: NOURISH YOUR INNER POWER

In this lesson, we practice seated, focusing on increasing the suction power in our lower Tan Tien - abdominal area.

We learn simple abdominal breathing to relax the diaphragm and focus on cultivating life force in the lower abdomen.

After cultivating the inner power that increases inner awareness, we connect to our sexual organs by breathing with the Earth to cleanse the vagina, uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries.

Lesson 2: ACTIVATE YOUR INNER POWER

In this lesson, we look at female anatomy to reinforce the connection to our physical body with love, compassion and gratitude, allowing us to open the doors to change and access true presence with ourselves, leading to pleasure.

The practice begins connecting to the kidneys to detox and charge them with love and light.

We then discuss the origin and importance of the 3 nourishing fires in our body and create an interconnected circuit to access unlimited inner strength and stability.

We close with ovarian breathing to activate estrogen and progesterone production and balance.

Lesson 3: RELEASE YOUR SENSUALITY

To embody your sensuality, it’s important to understand some factors. Female sexual energy has the qualities of cool water, which requires fire to stimulate its flow and subsequent transformation into steam so it can rise up into the body and nourish the cells and tissues with its moisture.

In this lesson, we understand the importance of connective tissue and how to stimulate movement and qi to enhance overall well-being and full-body pleasure.

Lesson 4: YONI POWER step 1

Both women and men can have the tendency to hold tension in their hips, lower back and groin. The tension reduces our ability to feel and connect to our sexual organs in a balanced way, diminishing both pleasure and control.

Tao Yin exercises are perfect for working on the spine and hips to release and connect consciously.

After taking care of our female health and activating arousal energy, we gently move into step one of the yoni egg practice.

Many factors influence our ability to connect to our body as one and release the healthy sensual being within us. In this session, we learn about the 'Muscle of the Soul' and the 'Love muscle', focusing on how to strengthen and activate them and their interconnected relationship with the kidneys, which are the root of our sexual energy.

Lesson 6: Harnessing Sexual Energy: A Balanced and Compassionate Practice

Sexual energy is a profound force, one that carries the power of creation and transformation. Its role in human life extends beyond physical connection, influencing emotional well-being and spiritual growth. However, to ensure this energy serves us positively, foundational practices are essential.

In this session, we explore the significance of balance in both physical and emotional realms. By cultivating self-awareness and embracing mindful techniques, we can harness sexual energy in a way that fosters compassion rather than amplifies negative emotions. The fire of the heart, when nurtured with intention, becomes a source of warmth, creativity, and love rather than turmoil.

Through conscious practice, we gain control over how we direct our energy, allowing it to support life-affirming experiences rather than fueling distress or emotional imbalance.

The perineum is located in the pelvic floor. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is called the Hui Yin. The Hui Yin is the meeting point of 3 fundamental energy lines and is the root of Yin energy, governing the urogenital system. In this session, we learn about the Hui Yin and how to improve the connection between the pelvic floor, the 'Love muscle', and internal organs to circulate sexual energy and how to become multi-orgasmic women for self pleasure or with a partner.

Lesson 9: Sexual Magic and jade egg practice with weights

Taoist inner alchemy practices can be incorporated into the practice of healing love through magnetism. The orgasmic electrical charge has tremendous potential when cultivated with love and compassion, increasing our magnetic field and frequency, which can be used for healing.

In sexual alchemy, the clitoris becomes the body's main channel for projecting Qi, which we charge with the healing frequencies of colours for self-healing and exchange with a partner.

In this session, we practice sexual magic techniques and introduce the jade egg practice using weights to ensure the pelvic floor and pumps can hold and move the ever-increasing charge of orgasmic energy upwards.

Lesson 10: Daily practice and Spiritual Sex meditation

Over the past months, we have explored numerous methodologies which require discipline to achieve the intended outcomes. In this session, we introduce clear, practical routines for applying these practices to enhance emotional balance, physical resilience, grounding, and sexual vitality.

Taoist sexual practices focus on cultivating physical sex for purposes of healing, energy generation, and cognitive development; soul sex for emotional stability; spiritual sex to foster union with the cosmos and self. During this session, participants will engage in the meditation entitled "Reunion with the Cosmos."
