Lesson 1

Level 1

In this lesson, we begin to study a complementary sequence known as the primary sequence to enhance our energy work techniques.

We start with warm-up techniques to activate the fingers and palms and connect the fascia from the spine to the extremities, enhancing the elastic force and inner suction for energetic breathing.

We then study the first 2 movements of the Preliminary Sequence which are beneficial to cleansing and nourishing the central axis.

Last of all, we study the 5th movement of sequence one 'Looking back while aware of what is ahead'.

Level 2

In this lesson we study spinal cord activation and mobilisation using a sequence known as Chang Mi Kung.

We then continue the warm-up opening the groin and hips and finally we activate and cleanse the thrusting channel with a suction breathe working form the perineum to the crown.

We study the first movement of sequence two, Riding the dragon.

Lesson 2

Level 1

In this lesson, we connect the extremities to the Tan Tien to enhance our perception of energy flow from the cosmos and Earth along the central axis.

Level 2

In this lesson, we activate the spine and the central axis to increase awareness and facilitate moving from the axis while performing the sequence.
